Ruen I.T. takes care for the people with disabilities (employees with a handicap). This is a practice since 1979 when the first group of the people with handicap began to work in Ruen. Nowadays the company employs about 50 people which are working together with another group of employees. The company provides a suitable work environment to these people with respect to their disabilities and according to the stated norms by the Community of protected affiliations of Macedonia “ZAPOVIM”, Skopje.

Ruen I.T. is supporting the cultural manifestations in the town of Kocani. The company sponsors the KUD “Ruen”, a folklore group created by the company itself 20 years ago. Today this folkloric group has 150 members, boys and girls from 6 to 18 age years old. KUD Ruen is taking part on local, regional and international cultural manifestations and contests, acting like a real ambassador of our company.

Ruen I.T. promotes safely and health work environment. Injures or absence for the reason of illness is compensated from the company. The employees are part of positive work environment, without any discrimination regarding payment, training and qualification programs, job promotions, and transfers because of the different place of birth, heritage, philosophical conviction, family status, nationality, race, religious beliefs, physical appearance, disability or the membership in some ethnic group.

Ruen I.T. stands hard for the environmental protection. By every activity performed the company strives to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy and to reduce the waste during the production of its products. All the activities with the potential of harming the health of the individuals or environment are forbidden.

Ruen I.T. is responsible towards the local development. Ruen I.T. collaborates in the realization of the project Free Zone in Kocani, and actively is included in the proposal of new developments linked with this project. The realization of his project will bring European investors with development projects in the automotive spare parts production. Ruen I.T. has permanent contact with the local authorities and companies: the Mayor of Kocani, the technical school “Goso Vikentiev”, and each time as much as possible, we choose local suppliers, in order to support the local development.
