In order to reach the goal of becoming a largely recognized brand in automotive industry, RUEN adopted a strategy relying on efforts to increase product’s quality and develop workers’ competencies.

The ongoing investment process in modern technology is a very important part of this strategy, which needs to be upgraded by a skilled manpower able to work on sophisticated equipment. 

Since our objectve for the next few years is to hire young skilled persons, we decided to work on the training of young technicians and engineers, whose skills will respond to the requirements of the new technologies and work organization.

Our training courses and internships are open to:

- Apprentices from Technical High schools
- Future engineers
- PHD students

Being aware of the necessity to support this mission by professionals from the national educational system, we engaged a long-term cooperation with the technical highs schools and faculties whose participation is considered as very valuable for this process of opening the gates of RUEN to young people.
